Who we are
IBERE (“IBERƎ”, “we”, “us”) is a clothing brand operated by Kindred Works Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria. These Terms govern your use of ibere.ng and any purchase you make from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Questions: hello@ibere.ng.
What we make
Every garment is made to order — cut after you order it — or made to measure to measurements you provide. Production runs Monday to Friday; all timelines are quoted in business days and stated on each product page and in our Shipping policy.
We work with handwoven and hand-dyed heritage textiles (Aso Oke, Adire). Small variations in weave, colour, and pattern placement are inherent to the cloth and are part of the garment, not defects.
Orders and payment
Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. Production begins once your payment is made and confirmed. Because each piece is cut for you, all sales are final once production has begun — remedies for defects, and adjustments for Lagos orders, are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot serve — if payment was taken, it will be refunded in full.
Made to measure
Made-to-measure garments are cut to the measurements you provide and confirm through our guided process. Garments made accurately to confirmed measurements are not defective if the measurements themselves were inaccurate. We verify measurements before cutting and will contact you if anything looks inconsistent.
Prices and payment providers
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and, where enabled, in other currencies at prevailing rates. Payment is processed securely by our payment providers (including Paystack and Stripe); we do not store your card details. Obvious pricing errors may be corrected before dispatch.

Intellectual property
All content on this site — the IBERƎ name and marks, designs, photography, video, and text — belongs to Kindred Works Ltd or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your rights as a consumer under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the version posted here applies to your order at the time you place it. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
