HELP

How can we help?

A small team in Lagos, answering directly. Search below — or message us and a person replies.

Ordering & making

CUT AFTER YOU ORDER

Your piece is cut and finished in 5–7 business days, then dispatched. Nothing is sitting in a warehouse — it is cut after you order it, by hand, by a small team. Production runs Monday to Friday, so timelines are quoted in business days. Delivery time on top of that depends on where you are; see ‘Delivery — by region’ below.

Once your payment is made and confirmed. That is the moment your cloth is claimed and your garment enters the queue.

No — every piece is cut for one person, so all sales are final once production begins. If something is genuinely wrong with the garment, that is a different matter — see ‘If something is wrong’ below.

Please do. WhatsApp is fastest and a person answers — Monday to Saturday, 9am–6pm WAT. Email hello@ibere.ng if you prefer; we reply within a working day.

Sizing & fit

FIVE SIZES · S TO 2X

Our silhouettes are cut generously — the drape is the point. The sizes are unisex: one set of ranges for women and men alike. Pick the size closest to you, then add your measurements on the product page (optional, recommended) and we cut closer to you. The size guide shows the full ranges.

Tops — chest or bust. Bottoms — waist and outseam. Inches or centimetres, either is fine. The size guide shows you exactly how to take them, and you can add or edit measurements in your cart before you confirm.

That is what Made to Measure is for — cut to your exact body, guided remotely, verified before we cut.

In Lagos, yes — adjustments are offered on local orders. Interstate and international orders cannot be adjusted, which is exactly why we ask for your measurements up front.

The cloth & care

ASO OKE · ADIRE — HANDWOVEN

It will. The cloth is handwoven and hand-dyed — small variations in weave, colour, and stripe placement are the nature of Aso Oke and Adire. They are part of the garment, not defects. That is the trade for something real.

Dry clean, or hand wash cold and dry flat, away from direct sun. Do not wring handwoven cloth.

Delivery — by region

5–7 DAYS TO MAKE, THEN SHIP

Your piece is made in 5–7 business days, then delivery lands 1–3 business days after dispatch. Adjustments are available to you — if the fit needs refining once you have it, message us and we will arrange it. You are closest to the workshop, and we use that.

Your piece is made in 5–7 business days, then delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch. Adjustments are not offered on interstate orders — so add your measurements on the product page, or ask us before you order. We would rather answer twice than cut once in doubt.

Your piece is made in 5–7 business days, then ships via DHL or UPS in 5–10 business days, tracked from the day it leaves us. Measure with us over WhatsApp video rather than alone — it is the single best way to get the fit right from an ocean away.

If you are outside Nigeria, possibly. Duties and import taxes are set by your government, not by us, and are paid by the recipient. They are not included in the price at checkout.

Prices are shown in your local currency based on where you are shopping from, and you are charged in the currency you see at checkout.

If something is wrong

48 HOURS TO REPORT

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery — email hello@ibere.ng with photos and your order number. A genuine construction fault — seams, closures, finishing — gets repaired or remade; where neither is possible, refunded. Full detail in Returns & Refunds.

Message us with your order number. If a piece will take longer than we said, we tell you before you have to ask — that is the standard we hold ourselves to.
